Kim Byda, RN, MSN, CPNP-PC, IBCLC
Kim is a co-founder of Northeast Moms and Babies and has a diverse medical background.
She worked as a NICU nurse for 13 years in a large teaching hospital in Boston before returning to school for her master’s degree and becoming a pediatric nurse practitioner and certified lactation consultant.
Kim’s passion for moms and babies is undeniable, and her career has evolved from working in an intense fast-paced ICU to working in the community and helping families thrive. Being able to spend time with parents and teaching and helping them to achieve their goals for their families has been one of her greatest accomplishments.
Kim lives in Norfolk, MA with her husband and three small children. Outside of work she enjoys chasing her kids, attending their sports games, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.

Katie is the co-founder of Northeast Moms and Babies, LLC and grew up in Plymouth, New Hampshire.
After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she worked on cardiac units for five years. She loves being able to educate parents and help them transition to their life with a little one.
Katie lives in Franklin, MA with her husband and three young children. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her kids, going to the beach, shopping, exercising, and traveling with her family.
